Hemp seeds:

Today, Ukrainian legislation allows the purchase, sale and storage of hemp seeds. Hemp seeds are not included in the list of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors that are in illegal circulation on the territory of Ukraine.

Criminal Code of Ukraine

 Article 310. Sowing or cultivating hypnotic poppy seeds and hemp: 1. Article 106-2. Illegal sowing or illegal cultivation of sleeping pills poppy and hemp:

Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs

Article 1:
