WHY DOES MY KIT MAKE A GURTING SOUND OR DOES LIQUID GET INTO MY MOUTH?

To remove any e-liquid that is inside the airflow chamber, you will need to remove the top of the cartridge completely and set the glass section aside. Attached to this mouthpiece is a long stem, which is the airflow chamber. To clean it, wrap a paper towel around the stem and blow out any excess e-liquid that may have collected inside. Once you have blown out the excess e-liquid, reassemble the cartridge, giving it a quick wipe as blowing through the mouthpiece will cause e-liquid to spray out. Once all of this is done, make sure you have the airflow control valve fully open, which is the small ring just below the mouthpiece. Make sure you can see all three airflow holes. For best results, keep the airflow cartridge out of the sun as direct heat will dry out the e-liquid.

HOW TO TROUBLESHIP YOUR CBD VAPE KIT?

If you are having trouble using your CBD vape kit, you can easily troubleshoot your device to get it working again. First, start with the small magnet inside the cartridge. It will look like a silver and gold ring. It should fit nicely into the cartridge and be tightly sealed. Make sure the flat side (silver) is at the bottom and the gold side with the four prongs is facing up. Once that is done, place the cartridge (tube) back into the vape kit and you should feel the magnet attach and hold in place. Aside from the placement of the magnet, another common issue is that the mouthpiece of the cartridge may not be screwed on all the way. If this is the case, the long stem that sits inside the tank will not make contact with the bottom of the cartridge, preventing the device from connecting. To turn on the vape kit, first press the power button five times quickly. After doing this, you will see the device turn on and the LED indicator will flash pink/purple five times. WHY DOES VAPE HAVE A BURNED TASTE VAPE KIT?

The harsh taste you are experiencing is most likely caused by a burnt coil. If you feel like the coil inside your vape kit cartridge is burnt, it may be time to replace the cartridge. Coil burnout will naturally happen over time. While there are ways to extend the life of your coil, it is easier to replace it right away. If your cartridge is empty of liquid, NEVER light it. To prevent your coil from overheating, allow your kit time to cool between puffs and avoid particularly long vapes. Finally, be sure to open the airflow control valve (the holes under the mouthpiece) to ensure proper airflow to cool your kit’s coil.
