CBD Oil Isolate 25% is a concentrated product based on pure cannabidiol, obtained by crystallization and isolation from hemp raw materials. Unlike full-spectrum oils or broad spectrum, isolate does not contain any other cannabinoids, terpenes or flavonoids. The result is a clear or slightly yellowish liquid with a neutral taste and minimal odor.
A 25% concentration means that each milliliter of the bottle contains 250 mg of pure CBD. This gives you 2,500 mg of cannabidiol per 10 ml bottle, one of the highest concentrations available in standard formats. This concentration level is designed for experienced users who already have an understanding of their individual dosage.
The product is based on two components: CBD isolate in crystalline form and a base carrier oil. The most common carrier is MCT oil (coconut-based) or cold-pressed hemp oil. MCT provides faster absorption, hemp oil adds a natural plant profile and contains Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids.
The isolate is obtained by CO2 extraction or solvent extraction followed by purification to 99%+ purity. This process eliminates the presence of THC, chlorophyll, wax and other undesirable compounds. The final product is tested in independent laboratories for compliance with the declared concentration and the absence of residual solvents and heavy metals.
Full-spectrum oils contain a wide range of cannabinoids, terpenes, and microdoses of THC. For most users, this is an advantage due to the so-called entourage effect - the mutual reinforcement of the components. But there are situations where an isolate becomes the only acceptable option.
First, if a person is regularly tested for psychoactive substances, isolate eliminates any risk associated with THC. Second, some users have increased sensitivity to terpenes or other plant compounds and report better tolerance of pure CBD. Third, the neutral taste of isolate is convenient for those who add the oil to food or drinks.
The 25% concentration is particularly relevant when a high single dose is needed in a small volume of liquid. Instead of a few drops of 5% or 10% oil, one or two drops of a 25% product are enough to get a similar amount of CBD. This is convenient for those who already know their exact dose and appreciate compactness.
The standard method of administration is sublingually: a few drops under the tongue, where they are held for 60-90 seconds before swallowing. The mucous membrane under the tongue is well supplied with blood, so absorption occurs faster than when passing through the gastrointestinal tract.
At 25% concentration, one drop of a standard dropper contains approximately 12-15 mg of CBD. This is significantly more than in 5-10% products, so it is worth starting with a minimum amount - literally 1-2 drops - and gradually adjust depending on the body's reaction. A sharp transition to high-dose products without prior experience is not recommended.
The oil can also be added to food or drinks. In this case, the effect occurs more slowly (after 1-2 hours), but may last longer. It is important not to heat the oil above 160-170 degrees Celsius, so as not to destroy the active substance.
This product is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. It is recommended to consult a doctor before use.
The CBD market in Ukraine is developing, and the quality of products varies significantly between manufacturers. In order not to make a mistake with the choice, there are several specific criteria.
The first is the presence of a COA (Certificate of Analysis) from an independent laboratory. This is a document that states the exact CBD content, THC level (must be 0.00% or below the detection limit), the absence of pesticides, heavy metals and mycotoxins. If the manufacturer does not publish a COA or only provides internal tests, this is a reason to doubt.
The second is transparency about the raw materials. Quality isolate is made from industrial hemp grown without herbicides and heavy metals in the soil. Reputable brands indicate the country of origin of the plant and the method of extraction.
Third - the correspondence of the declared concentration to the real one. Unfortunately, some products on the market contain significantly less CBD than indicated on the label. That is why a COA from an independent laboratory is not just a marketing tool, but a real guarantee for the buyer.
CBD oil is sensitive to light, heat and oxygen. Optimal storage conditions are a cool, dark place at a temperature of 15-25 degrees Celsius. The refrigerator is suitable, but after cooling the oil may become thicker - this is normal, just hold the bottle in your hand for a few minutes.
Once opened, it is recommended to use the bottle within 6-12 months. Storing it open in air and light accelerates the oxidation of the carrier oil and may reduce the potency of the CBD. Close the cap tightly after each use.
Keep the bottle out of reach of children. Despite the absence of THC, highly concentrated products are not intended for use by children.
