CBD Oil Isolate 30% is one of the most concentrated cannabidiol products on the market. A 10ml bottle contains 3000mg of pure CBD in isolate form - meaning each millilitre provides 300mg of cannabidiol without any accompanying cannabinoids, terpenes or flavonoids.
Isolate is fundamentally different from full-spectrum and broad-spectrum oils. Full-spectrum products contain all the natural components of the plant, including traces of THC. Broad spectrum products contain various cannabinoids, but without THC. Isolate is pure CBD, 99%+ after final purification, without anything else. For some users, this purity is the deciding factor in their choice.
The base of the oil is a crystalline form of CBD isolate dissolved in a base carrier oil. The most common carrier is MCT oil (medium chain triglycerides from coconut) or organic hemp seed oil. MCT provides faster absorption, while hemp oil adds its own omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.
Isolate is obtained by CO2 or solvent extraction from licensed industrial hemp varieties, followed by chromatographic purification and washing out of residual cannabinoids. The final product is a crystalline powder or flakes with a purity of over 99% CBD. This material is dissolved in a carrier oil to obtain the finished product.
30% isolate is chosen by users who need a high dose of CBD in a minimum volume. If the usual 5% or 10% oil no longer gives the desired effect - switching to 30% allows you to get more active substance without increasing the number of drops. It is convenient and practical.
Isolate is also suitable for those who, for whatever reason, want to avoid even trace amounts of THC. Some users are sensitive to terpenes or other plant compounds - for them, pure isolate is the only comfortable option. Finally, isolate is convenient for those who add CBD to food or drinks and do not want to change the taste of the dish.
The high concentration requires careful dosing. At 30% in a 10ml bottle, one drop contains approximately 10-15mg of CBD depending on the size of the drop and the design of the pipette. This is significantly more than the standard 5-10% oils, where a drop provides 2-5mg.
A general rule for new users is to start with a low dose and see how your body reacts over a few days. For experienced users who already know their working dose, switching to 30% isolate allows you to reduce the number of drops while maintaining the usual effect.
The most common method is sublingual administration: a drop under the tongue, hold for 60-90 seconds, then swallow. The mucous membrane under the tongue is well vascularized, so absorption occurs faster than with normal swallowing.
Isolate butter can be added to warm drinks, smoothies or food. When heated above 160-180 degrees, CBD is partially destroyed, so it is better to add to hot dishes after cooking. Isolate dissolves worse in cold drinks - pre-mixing with a small amount of fat (e.g. cream) improves even distribution.
CBD isolate oil is stored in a dark, cool place at a temperature of +5 to +25 degrees. Direct sunlight and heat are the main factors in CBD degradation: under their influence, cannabidiol oxidizes and gradually loses its activity. The dark glass of the bottle partially protects against light, but storing it in a cabinet or drawer will extend the shelf life.
An unopened bottle can be stored for 12 to 24 months, depending on the manufacturer and conditions. After opening, it is recommended to use the product within 3-6 months. If the oil has become cloudy, has changed its smell or color, this is a signal to check the shelf life and conditions. In the refrigerator, MCT oil may become slightly cloudy - this is normal, at room temperature transparency is restored.
The market offers oils from 5% to 40% and higher. For beginners, the standard is 5-10% - this allows you to find your dose with minimal costs. The concentration of 20-30% is relevant when the user already knows his working dose and wants to optimize the cost of a portion or reduce the volume of intake.
On a per milligram basis, highly concentrated oils are usually more cost-effective. A 10ml bottle of 30% contains the same amount of CBD as three bottles of 10% or six bottles of 5%. For regular users with a consistent dose, this is a significant difference in budget.
CBD products are not medicines and do not replace medical advice. If you are taking prescription drugs - consult your doctor before using CBD: cannabidiol may affect the metabolism of some drugs through the cytochrome P450 system. Do not exceed the dosage recommended by the manufacturer.
